What happens when the trial ends?
Your family calendar stays and becomes read-only; nothing is deleted. Choose a plan and you can change everything again. You can always export your data. The owner gets an email a few days ahead.
Who pays, and do relatives pay too?
One price per family space per year, whatever the size of the family. The owner pays; relatives you invite join for free.
Can relatives join for free?
Yes. Anyone the owner or an admin invites can view and add to the calendar without paying.
Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
You can cancel any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
What is the difference between Kalender and Familie?
Kalender is the birthday calendar with anniversaries. Familie adds remembrance days, jubilees, email reminders, printing without a watermark, the family tree and more.
Can I give a year as a gift?
Yes. A year of Familie is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You get a code to hand over, with a card you can print.
